1. Security and Rights

WE FIND GROUP S.L (hereinafter WE FIND GROUP), has adopted the personal data protection measures and security levels required by Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on Personal Data Protection and its implementing regulations. Personal data gathered through the website www.wefindgroup.com are subject to automated processing and are included in a file owned by WE FIND GROUP which is also responsible for said file, and are classified as business user - candidate user, as per their condition and data provided.

Filling out the form included in the web site or sending e-mails or other communications to WE FIND GROUP entails the specific consent by the user of their personal data being included in the aforementioned automated file, owned by WE FIND GROUP.

In the case of Candidates and Interns, this company may use their data for the purpose of their participation in the selection processes carried out for its clients or participating to Internship Programs.

Likewise, their data may be assigned to other Human Resources consultancy firms, agents or Head Hunters, etc. with the purpose of their participation in selection processes carried out by WE FIND GROUP or to the Internship placement project.

The User may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion and objection in compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on Personal Data Protection and other applicable regulations through the following e-mail: dataprotection@wefindgroup.com Said request shall include their name and surname as well as a scanned copy of their National Identification Document or Passport.

2. Data collection

Personal data collection shall be carried out exclusively through the form published in the “Contact us” section and the e-mails users may send to WE FIND GROUP, be it using the address of WE FIND GROUP’s consultant in charge of the process or either info@wefindgroup.com or dataprotection@wefindgroup.com

The appropriate security measures required by the nature of the data collected in their communications shall be adopted.

3. Secrecy of communications - Confidential information

All private communications between WE FIND GROUP and clients/users shall be considered confidential. Additionally, information of any nature exchanged by both parties, information agreed by both parties to be considered confidential and information regarding confidential information shall also be considered confidential.

(ii) Consult, report and process my information before database consultation entities or other information operators and Risk

(iii) Carry out commercial investigations, data analytics, statistics, risk, market, interbank and financial analysis, and the construction of aggregated information that can be shared with clients and third parties. This purpose includes the possibility of contacting me for these purposes.
