Our internship programs include a live-in resident director that is available 24/7 in case of an emergency. Anything your child could need - from needing to visit the doctor, to help using public transportation, to questions about historical sites - our resident director is happy to assist your child at any time!
Every student traveling on our programs is required to purchase international health insurance. This insurance covers everything under the sun and ensures that your student is always covered in case of an emergency.
We require all students on our program purchase some form of international phone plan. Whether that be a pay-as-you-go phone for calls and texts, an in-country sim card that includes calls, texts, and data, or just an international plan from your home provider - we make sure that your student is reachable during their time abroad.
All of our students undergo pre-departure risk management training to develop a higher level of situational awareness before they leave home. Our training covers everything from how to carry your purse to how to use an international ATM, with the goal of keeping your child safe.
