STEP 1
Choose a City & Program
Madrid, London, or Lisbon? Choose which city interests you most for your travels! Then, decide when you want to intern. Summer, Fall, or Spring? Check our application deadlines to make sure you are still eligible for your chosen program.
Apply
Click Apply Now! and submit your application. Tell us more about your background, education, and reasons for wanting to participate in a global program! Sell yourself - we want to know why you're awesome!
Get Accepted (& Excited!)
We'll personally review your application and decide if you are ready for one of our global programs. You'll receive an email upon acceptance - and soon enough, you'll be abroad!
STEP 2
Pay Deposit
We have a limited number of spots on our programs so you have 14 days to pay the $1000 USD non-refundable deposit to secure your spot on the program. (Let us know if you need a payment plan - we are happy to help!)
First Interview
We interview each of our participants individually to find our exactly what they hope to gain from an international experience. What career field are you pursuing, what industry interests you, what are your passions? The more we know, the better we can match your expectations!
Prepare & Pay
While we search for your internship, take the time to prepare for your time abroad. Start the visa process (if necessary), watch our pre-departure modules, enroll in international health insurance, pay the final program fee, & book your flight!
STEP 3
Internship Placement
Our team matches you to an internship abroad based on your interests, future career goals, & current qualifications. After sending out your resume, a final company selects you to move forward with their interview process!
Skype Call with Company
Get the chance to meet your company before you even leave the country! We arrange a Skype call between you and your company coach to get a better feel for the organization and answer any questions you may have.
