Carlota Navarro

CEO & Founder

Carlota Navarro is the CEO & Founder of We Find Group. She specializes in human resources management consulting with an international background. She makes up the heart of The Global Internship by We Find Group and is affectionately known by all of our students as their second mother in Spain!

Alejo Zuccari

European Operations Manager

Alejo is the European Operations and UK Country Manager. For the past 3 years, he has worked for We Find Group he manages the interns onboarding process and specializes in the areas of Recruitment, Development, Marketing, and International Planning. Alejo is the main contact for the US Universities and he is the head of Operations for the overall Europan Programs.

Alvaro Enciso

President & CCO

Alvaro Enciso is the Co-CEO & Founder of We Find Group Latam. He specializes in communication, marketing financial, management and business development consulting with an international background. Solid reputation for effective networking and strategic alliance building on an international level. He is the heart of the itnernational growth of We Find Group!

Laura Merino

CMO

Laura Merino is the CMO at We Find Group & The Global Internship. Expert on transforming business to new digital age and implementing new ways of working. The goal is transforming We Find Group based on transparency to promote all to our International Student Programs and bringing We Find Group talent for sustainability.
